Product Return Policy: Within 30 days of receipt of purchase, any product will be exchanged for an equal or lesser value product (not including products that have specific sales guidelines). No questions asked.  LumiaScience.com products need to be returned with the original receipt and in the original packaging.  Goods must be returned within the first 30-days from time of receipt of product.  The Buyer is responsible for returning the item undamaged and in the original box before they will be considered and accepted for return.  Upon completion of our determination, a refund can be issued.  If product is not in resalable condition, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the Buyer and NO REFUND will be issued. All shipping charges are not refundable.
